With more than 9 years of experience in auditing financial modelling, Chankit, a Chartered Accountant, has handled numerous assignments at various stages, including pre-bid model reviews, operational models, vendor models, commercial claims, bid models, valuation models, corporate models, and financial close models.

Chankit has successfully managed over 400 modeling assignments related to project finance, PPP, mergers, acquisitions, refinancing, planning and budgeting, and valuations across various sectors like social infrastructure, transport infrastructure, healthcare, telecommunication, renewable energy, petrochemicals, conventional energy, and regulated assets.

Ankur has over 6 years of experience working on PPP and PFI projects, financial close, operational model audits including tax, accounting and sensitivity reviews, shadow modelling, and project/ financing documentation assessment. Prior to joining Gridlines, Ankur had worked as a Manager at Mazars on more than 100 model audit assignments on projects having bids, financial close, refinancing, and operational model audits.

Aarti is a Financial Modeller with over 4 years of experience in building and auditing Financial Models. She has worked on modelling assignments relating to acquisitions, mergers, refinancing, project finance, and PPP across various sectors. Before joining Gridlines, Aarti worked with BDO India LLP and S&P Global Market Intelligence in their financial modelling team.

With over 4 years of extensive experience in model audit, Madhurya brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation.

Her previous role as a manager at Mazars, where she successfully completed over 50 projects, speaks volumes about her capabilities and dedication. Madhurya possesses profound knowledge in shadow modelling, sensitivity analysis, and various software tests.

Himanshi has 2+ years of expertise in financial model auditing. She has worked on more than 25 operational and transactional models for various sectors, across the Americas, including social infrastructure, transportation, and renewables. Before joining Gridlines, Himanshi worked with Mazars in their model auditing team.

Sadosh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 5 years of experience. He has worked in various fields such as statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and financial modelling. He has more than 3 years of experience in financial model auditing. He previously worked with BDO India LLP in the financial modelling team. Sadosh has reviewed more than 200 projects using the cell-by-cell review method. He has worked on various types of projects like merger and acquisition, refinancing, PPP projects, and valuation from various sectors including power and energy, social infrastructure, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Prantik has three years of experience in financial model auditing. He has conducted audits for over 15 PPP-based financial models primarily in infrastructure and renewable energy projects in the EMEA region.

Rahul is a Senior Analyst at Gridlines and has over 2.5 years of experience in the global project finance sector. He has worked on more than 40 model audit assignments on projects based in the EMEA region. He has previously worked with Mazars in their model audit team, and also has prior experience in diverse fields such as statutory audit, tax audit, bank audits and ROC filings.

Vishnu is a Chartered Accountant who possesses a passion for dissecting intricate financial models across a spectrum of industries ranging from renewable energy, infrastructure, airports, etc. With his experiences at BDO India and a commendable portfolio of 40+ projects, Vishnu’s expertise primarily revolves around the exhaustive review and meticulous auditing of complex financial models.

Chintan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 2 years of experience, which includes more than 1 year of experience in financial model auditing. He previously worked with BDO India LLP in the financial modelling team. He has reviewed more than 50 projects using the cell-by-cell review method. Chintan has worked on models for merger & acquisitions, refinancing, PPP projects, and valuation in diversified domains and industries. Some of these industries include: wind, solar energy, airports, fibre broadband, EV charging, and road construction.

Aman is a Senior Analyst at Gridlines and has over 5 years of experience in financial modelling for various sectors including: infrastructure, renewables & power, IT, and hospitality across multiple geographies. Aman has successfully managed over 100+ modelling assignments related to Project finance, valuations, forecasting and budget modelling. Previously he has worked with BDO, PwC, and EY.

Shaan is an Analyst at Gridlines. Shaan has done his B.Tech in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science from Purdue University.

Neha is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with over three years of professional experience. She has a robust background in financial modelling, having previously been part of BDO India LLP’s financial modelling team and with Deloitte’s statutory audit team.Her expertise spans various types of models, including those for refinancing, public-private partnership (PPP) projects, and valuations. Neha’s work covers various industries, such as wind and solar energy, airports, fibre broadband, and road construction.

Shashank is an Analyst at Gridlines. Prior to joining Gridlines, Shashank completed his BTech from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in CSE branch.

Simran is an Analyst at Gridlines. Simran has completed her B.Tech in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Anubhav is an Analyst at Gridlines. Anubhav has done his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Deepanshi is currently working as an Associate Analyst at Gridlines. She has recently completed her post-graduation with a finance specialisation from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a strong foundation in finance concepts and eagerly applying and learning them in a practical setting.

Dhruv works as an Associate Analyst at Gridlines. Dhruv graduated from Jagan Institute of Management Studies in New Delhi with an MBA, focusing on Finance and Business Analytics.

Mansi holds an MBA in Finance from FIIB College and is currently an Associate Analyst at Gridlines Ltd. Her areas of expertise include financial modelling and auditing in project finance, where she specialises in reviewing complex financial models to ensure their accuracy and reliability. In her current role within the model audit team, she leverages these skills to provide thorough audits and enhance the integrity of financial projections.
